They struggle to address what’s misaligned, broken, or no longer working, and to course-correct quickly. These are tough conversations, and they’re often avoided.

One of the most common patterns I see is False Harmony, when teams appear aligned on the surface, but real disagreements, competing priorities, and unresolved tensions go unspoken. Leaders stay polite. Meetings feel productive. Decisions get made. But underneath, people aren’t truly aligned.

False Harmony creates misalignment because issues never get worked through. Assumptions go untested. Accountability weakens. Trust erodes quietly. Over time, execution suffers, leaders pull in different directions, and talent disengages or leaves — often without being able to name exactly why.

I’m brought in when performance is stalling, trust is wearing thin, or leaders sense that “something’s off,” even though everything looks fine on paper. I help leadership teams name what they’re experiencing but haven’t been able to say out loud. Together, we surface misalignment, address what’s been avoided, and do the hard work of rebuilding clarity, accountability, and trust.
